1. | 烤箱預熱200°F(95˚C)。 |
2. | 準備黃金葡萄乾醬。做好放進烤箱保溫。 |
3. | 準備培根抱子甘藍 。將每塊抱子甘藍再對切後放進烤箱保溫。 |
4. | 準備香煎干貝 。 |
5. | 取些許黃金葡萄乾醬用湯匙背面塗畫在盤底,再將干貝擺在醬汁上。空隙處在放些抱子甘藍和培根渣。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Preheat the oven to 200°F(95˚C)。 |
2. | Make the Golden Raisin Sauce. Keep the sauce warm in the oven. |
3. | Make the Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon . Cut each piece of Brussels sprouts in half. Keep the dish warm in the oven. |
4. | Make the Seared Scallops . |
5. | Spoon some of the sauce to a plate and use the back of the spoon to make a patter. Place the scallops on top of the sauce. Fill the gap with the Brussels sprouts and bacon bits. |
